At Rechtstreex, I helped connect local farmers and consumers through a short and transparent food supply chain. I was responsible for managing over 45 pick-up locations across the Rotterdam region and served as the main point of contact for new collaborations, business partners, and regional stakeholders. I guided and supported a team of more than 50 neighborhood hosts, while also contributing to project development and the strategic evolution of the company’s business model.In addition, I played a key role in the rebranding and repositioning of the organization, working to strengthen its strategic market fit. Through this experience, I learned to balance idealism with economic reality — a valuable lesson in building sustainable and scalable food systems.

Collaborative role between development team and our customer base. Developed a software interface for the 'tool' side of our software. Worked on expanding the business for new stakeholders by designing suitable UI while maintaining the current stakeholders and expanding business.
